Code of Ethics of CHARVÁT Pacovské strojírny a.s.

Introduction

This Code of Ethics sets out the basic rules of ethical conduct that apply both to CHARVÁT Pacovské strojírny, a.s., as well as to business partners, suppliers and other cooperating entities. We strive for fair, responsible and transparent business built on mutual trust.

Any gifts, freebies or benefits may only be given in accordance with ethical and legal standards. All of them are obliged to prevent or report a conflict of interest in a timely manner.

• Occupational safety and health (OSH)

  To ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all its employees, suppliers and visitors. Comply with all legal requirements and take preventive measures to reduce risk. Regularly train employees, familiarize them with emergency procedures and provide protective equipment.

• Responsibility towards society and the environment

  To carry out its activities with respect to environmental protection. In its activities, it complies with all applicable laws and environmental standards regarding waste management, emissions, energy consumption and the use of chemicals. To support the introduction of environmentally friendly practices, the use of renewable resources.
